We have lodged a very exciting development at the Jervis Shopping Centre above the existing floors. It involves

• a 6 storey co-living building over the existing Mary Street frontage,

• 24 apartments on top of the Jervis and Abbey Street frontage,

• Three storey office development on top of the multi-storey car park.

  The design is by Reddy Architects and the entire upper floor development is “greened” by Cameo, Landscape Architects. The intention is to create an integrated mixed use development of shopping, restaurants, services, living accomodation, offices and amenity spaces all within the same building and next to public transport.

• Following a Request for Further Information, Dublin City Council decided to grant permission. As there was no appeal against the Decision, the Final Grant of Permission has now been issued.
