Development Proposal at 30, Old Kilmainham, Kearns Place, Kilmainham, Dublin 8.

We lodged a a planning application on behalf of Ladas Property Company Limited for the development of a new building for use as a hotel on a brownfield site at 30, Old Kilmainham, Kearns Place,  Kilmainham Dublin 8.

In summary, the proposal consists of 80 bedrooms spread over 6-storeys over basement with the top floors set back, hotel restaurant and roof top café, car and bicycle parking and separate waste management facilities.

Dublin City Council decided to refuse permission for two reasons relating to height and potential flooding. We have appealled the Decision to An Bord Pleanala.
