Manahan Planners lodged two applications for change of use of two of the ground floor units of the Ballsbridge One development spanning from Pembroke Road to Shelbourne Road in Ballsbridge.

 

The intention is to set up  different food offers in the side aisles to be  bought for take home or consumed in the central area on bench like seating. The layout intends to  reference the fantasic interior space to good effect in accourdance with best conservation practice. It will have similarities with the Time Out market in Lisbon and the English Market in Cork.
